When do you know you’re rich?

In order to create impact in the world, you need to change your mindset and focus to make changes. Here’s the thing, the mistake that many people make is they think they have to wait until they make a lot of money to be able to give. One thing you have to do is practice giving. We practice it in small measures first. You cannot give big until you learn how to give small. Does that make sense?

If you making a thousand dollars a month in your business, do you keep all that? Or do you take a percentage of that and give? You don’t have to wait until you earn thousands and thousands. The point is you need to practice to give. And it has to be a routine. If you want to have big, you have to prove yourself worthy of small what you do have, what you already given. Look, nobody born an 8-figure earner. Before became an eight, you are at 7. We need to show that we are the kind of person that whatever we have in our circumstances, we are willing to give something. Just imagine if everybody did that just, what a difference that would make in the world.

So, before your business grow, you have to give impact to the world first. If you want your business sustainable, you have to give more. When you think about giving, it’s the Law of Growth VS stagnation. when we helping things to grow, when we helping people. It’s true in our business. Nothing is going to happen, if we don’t help our people to grow. Nothing changes unless something act on it. And that’s you. That’s what you have to do with your team.

What are we working on today? How do we help others? How do we better serve others? That’s really being wealthy or being rich is the impact that we are having on others. Having impact before we can have income. The greater the impact the greater the income. Those people that are saying “I want to succeed but I don’t know how”, help them. In this business, the more people you do that with, the greater your income is going to be. I promise you. It’s really true.

I know people like to use social media. I know people hate to travel. Me too. I don’t want to travel either. Every time I travel, I feel sick on the flight. But I know how important it is to my leaders when I show up. And also you do that for your company, you show gratitude. Because they will there for me when I needed them which help me healthy and financial. Now I got to be there for them which helps them. That’s having impact which create more income.
