Do you like to get promotion? How would you like to get promotion?
I remember when I worked in a factory for 6 years, only to get 1 promotion, from machine operator to senior machine operator. Then I worked in a Japanese restaurant for 6 years, no promotion at all.
All because I don’t have higher education. I only have SPM in Malaysia. Some Diploma Certificate from private companies.
In our career, there’s unlimited promotion. You want to get promotion when you want. You want to hit your 6th promotion in 3 years, 5 years, 6 years. You decide. It’s not your superiors (CEO, president, manager, supervisor) evaluate and decide when you should get your promotion.
It’s YOU decide how soon you want to get promotion. And the increments for each promotion is lucrative, 3 figures, 4 figures, 5 figures, 6 figures, 7 figures. You decide yourself how you want to get promoted.
