Never show the whole plan.
There are so many different ways to get paid.
It is just like you go to schooling. When you reach the time to go to school, say primary one. Your parent will not say to you anything about the Diploma, degree, Master Degree courses. All they said to you were primary one. When you finished the whole year in primary one, then you are qualified to go to primary two.
Same in network marketing business.
Every network marketing company has their first leadership rank. It is the building block for a business.
This is what you need to coach/teach your new people.
We teach you to get to that first leadership rank.
Then we teach your people to get to that first leadership rank.
Then we teach their people to get to that first leadership rank.
We don’t teach you to get to all those higher ranks.
You get people to the lower rank.
You keep the compensation plan really focused on that lower rank. So that everybody coming in is just focused on that one lower rank.
Everybody just does that ONE lower rank.
